Before you write about an order

Include your order number. It's in your confirmation email and starts with #. With it, we can usually resolve things in one reply instead of three.

Returns

Don't post anything back yet. Email us first and we'll send a prepaid label with the correct warehouse address — it isn't the registered office below. Returns sent unannounced get processed eventually, but slowly.
