Free shipping, everywhere we ship

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to Italy and to all European Union destinations listed below. There is no handling fee, no fuel surcharge, and no cost added at checkout.

We do not currently ship outside the European Union. We do not ship to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the French overseas departments, as these sit outside the EU customs or VAT territory.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; otherwise we dispatch within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier collects your parcel. The contract of sale is formed at dispatch.

Delivery estimates

The timescales above are estimates in business days from dispatch, not from the moment you order. They are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, strikes and customs checks are outside our control.

Under EU consumer law we must deliver within 30 days of the contract unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we miss that, you may set an additional reasonable period; if we miss that too, you may cancel and we will refund you without undue delay. In practice, deliveries take a small fraction of that window.

Duties and taxes

All prices include Italian VAT. Because we ship only within the EU single market, no customs duties or import charges apply to any order. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking your order

Tracking activates within a few hours of dispatch — sometimes the carrier's system lags behind the parcel. Use the link in your dispatch email, or visit our order tracking page with your order number and email address.

Delivery attempts

Carriers generally attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is held at a local pickup point, usually for five business days, and you will be notified. Unclaimed parcels return to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can usually amend an address before dispatch — email support@nordictechco.shop quickly. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.

Risk and loss

If you are a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until you take physical possession of them. A parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received it, contact support@nordictechco.shop. We will open a carrier investigation and, in the meantime, send a replacement or refund you. We will not ask you to wait for the investigation to conclude.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse it. If you accept it and then find damage, photograph the packaging and the item and email us. We will collect it and replace or refund at no cost to you.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel, at no extra cost. Where this happens, your 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last item.
