Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Free to Italy and to all 26 other EU member states, on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Italy: 2–4 business days from dispatch. Rest of the EU: 4–8 business days from dispatch. We dispatch within 1–2 business days — orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day usually go out the same day.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not currently. We also cannot ship to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the French overseas departments — they sit outside the EU customs or VAT territory.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We ship only within the EU single market, so no duties or import charges apply. Nothing is ever owed on delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Before dispatch, yes — email support@nordictechco.shop quickly. Once the carrier has the parcel we cannot redirect it.
My tracking hasn't updated in days.
Carrier systems sometimes lag behind the parcel. If there's no movement for 10 business days, email us — we'll open an investigation and send a replacement or refund immediately. We won't make you wait for the investigation to finish.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
14 days from delivery, no reason required. This is your statutory right under EU law, not a favour.
Who pays return shipping?
We do. Email support@nordictechco.shop and we'll send a prepaid label. Legally we could charge you for this; we've chosen not to.
How quickly do I get my money back?
Within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing, to your original payment method. We may wait until the goods arrive back, or until you show proof of postage — whichever comes first.
Do I get the original shipping cost back?
Shipping was free, so there's nothing to refund. You get the full price you paid.
Can I return earbuds I've already tried?
If the hygiene seal is unbroken, yes. Once opened, in-ear products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons — this exception is in EU law. If they're faulty, the exception doesn't apply and the 2-year guarantee covers you.
Do I need the original packaging?
It helps, and we ask for it. But your right of withdrawal doesn't depend on it. You're only liable for any loss in value from handling the item more than you would in a shop.
Warranty
What if something breaks?
Every product carries a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Repair or replacement is free. If neither is possible within a reasonable time, you get a price reduction or a full refund.
Do I have to prove the fault was there from the start?
Not in the first year. Any defect appearing within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery. The burden is on us, not you.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus the wallets and local methods shown at checkout for your country.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. Every price includes Italian VAT. The number on the product page is the number you pay.
When is the contract formed?
At dispatch, not at checkout. The acknowledgement email confirms we received your order; the dispatch email confirms we accepted it.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes, and it's easiest for everyone. Email support@nordictechco.shop with your order number.
Do you take business orders?
Yes. Enter your VAT number at checkout for a valid invoice. Note that the 14-day withdrawal right is a consumer right and doesn't apply to business purchases.

Are the colours accurate?
Close, but screens differ. Slate is a warm dark grey, Sand is a pale beige, Moss is a muted green.
Is the Meridian Smartwatch compatible with my phone?
iOS 15+ and Android 9+.
Is there a subscription for the Orbit Sleep Ring?
No, and there never will be. The app is free.
How do I know my ring size?
Order the ring and we'll ship a free sizing kit first. Your order dispatches once you confirm your size.
Privacy
Do you sell my data?
No.
How do I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
Email privacy@nordictechco.shop. We respond within a month. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I change my cookie choices?
Yes, any time — use the cookie preferences link in the footer.
