Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of nordictechco.shop and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Where a term conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.
1. Who you are contracting with
The seller is Nordic Tech Co., Via Tagliamento 11, 81025 Marcianise (CE), Italia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@nordictechco.shop.
2. Demonstration store
This website is operated as a demonstration of an e-commerce storefront. Products, specifications, prices and availability are illustrative. If you have arrived here expecting to buy consumer electronics, please contact us before ordering.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We sell to consumers and to businesses; certain provisions below apply only to consumers, and are marked as such.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and packaging may change. Minor variation between the item delivered and its photograph does not constitute a lack of conformity.
Stock is not reserved until an order is accepted. Where an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund in full.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include Italian VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is free to Italy and to the European Union destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
We take reasonable care with pricing. If an obvious pricing error occurs — an item listed at a small fraction of its true value, such that the error would be apparent to a reasonable buyer — we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
6. How a contract is formed
- You place an order. This is an offer to buy.
- We send an order acknowledgement email. This confirms receipt; it is not acceptance.
- We send a dispatch confirmation. The contract is formed at this point, and only for the items listed in it.
We may decline an order — for example where the item is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund any payment taken in full.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Where payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
Card details are handled by our payment processors under PCI-DSS. We do not receive or store your full card number.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms, timescales and geographic coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Consumers: risk of loss and damage passes to you when you — or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods. Until then, the risk is ours.
Business buyers: risk passes on handover to the first carrier.
If we fail to deliver within 30 days, or within any period we have expressly agreed, you may set an additional reasonable period. If we fail to deliver within that period too, you may terminate the contract and we will refund you without undue delay.
9. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Both are described in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business buyers.
10. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to scrape or harvest data at scale, to introduce malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with its operation.
12. Intellectual property
The site, its content, its layout and its images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation — requires our written permission.
13. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability under the Product Liability Directive and under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Consumers: we are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, nor for loss arising from your own failure to follow reasonable instructions.
Business buyers: subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs it. Revisions are published on this page with an updated date.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
Consumers: under Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, the exclusive forum for disputes is the court of your place of residence or domicile. You also retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I).
Business buyers: the courts of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Complaints
Write to support@nordictechco.shop. We respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, consumers may refer it to an accredited alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.
