The fastest way
Your dispatch confirmation email contains a direct tracking link. That link is always the most current information available — it queries the carrier directly.
Can't find the email? Check spam, then search your inbox for the order number.
Through your account
If you have an account, sign in and open the order. Status and tracking are shown there.
Ordered as a guest? Use the View your order link at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
Reading the status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order confirmed | We have your order. We haven't dispatched it yet, and no contract exists until we do. You can still cancel — email us. |
| Preparing for dispatch | Being picked and packed. Usually a few hours. Address changes are still possible at this stage. |
| Dispatched | The carrier has it. Tracking activates within a few hours — sometimes the label scans before the parcel physically moves. |
| In transit | Moving. Long gaps between scans are normal, especially crossing a border. |
| Out for delivery | On a van, arriving today. |
| Delivered | Signed for or left as instructed. If it isn't where the carrier says it is, tell us — see below. |
When to worry
Tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or it says delivered and nothing arrived: email support@nordictechco.shop with your order number.
We open a carrier investigation and send a replacement or refund straight away. We won't ask you to wait for the investigation to conclude — until you physically hold the parcel, the risk of loss is legally ours, not yours.
Missed delivery
Carriers usually attempt twice, then hold the parcel at a local pickup point for about five business days. You'll be notified. Unclaimed parcels come back to us, and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or refund you.
Expected timescales
Dispatch within 1–2 business days. Then 2–4 business days within Italy, 4–8 business days elsewhere in the EU. Business days, counted from dispatch rather than from checkout.
